Took my Acura ILX here to get a valve adjustment and spark plugs changed, and I must say that I wish I went to this place earlier for work on my car. Not only is Allen very knowledgeable about cars, but he’s also very welcoming, respectful, and honest. He went above and beyond today, and I’m very happy with the service I received. I also like how he explains everything in detail. Service was quicker than expected and he gave me a price that was very reasonable and fair. Allen’s honesty towards me and treating me like family has exceeded my expectations of this shop and has made me a customer for life now. I will definitely be coming here from now on for future work that is needed on my cars. I highly recommend coming here to anyone if you need work done on your car, you will not be disappointed. Great business owned by great people.

Allen was responsive and knowledgeable. Replaced the leaking brake vacuum pump on our 2010 VW Jetta 2.5.

Allen is exceptional. He is friendly, honest and provides an exceptional service at a reasonable price. Allen takes care of all my cars and I have been referring him for years now. I don't give out referrals often because It is a reflection on me, but Allen is the exception. If you need a mechanic look no further than Allen and All Time Auto Repair. Omg they are so nice. The manager Allen is who we dealt with and he was beyond professional and helpful. The prices are more than fair and the service is very fast. I was extremely stressed out and upset over the car issues and he remained professional and helpful the whole time and was very forgiving and understanding of the whole situation. Adding that they provide personalised care and remember everyone by name. Session shop!!
