Been getting serviced by this shop for years and they always come thru for me. Took in my wife's Caddy and they were able to troubleshoot and identify the problem. Great service and quality work! Highly recommend!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after the excellent service and professionalism I received at Becka Automotive. Cesar and his team did an outstanding job repairing my Avalanche, and everything seems to have been fixed properly. Cesar took the time to answer all my questions and even suggested better ways to address the necessary repairs. Their honesty, expertise, and customer service truly set them apart. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Becka Automotive to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic shop.

I’ve been going to Becka for a few years now and it didn’t take long to notice the difference from other shops. They are friendly, honest and reliable. They guys up front (Caesar and now Andrew) have been super great to work with as well. I have to mention that as a single woman walking into a mechanic shop, you never know what to expect… Not here, they are honest and I never felt that I was being upsold or charged more because of it. Keep up the good work!!!!

BEST MECHANIC IN TOWN Brought my expedition that was making several noises, and they took care of it, had it done in 1 day, and at a reasonable price! Highly recommend Becka!

I will summarize my review with beware! They damage vehicles, they are not honest people and worst of all they try to ridicule their customers ability to pay should the customer not repair at their facility. They did offer to repair the damage after staff was very rude and lied about the entire incident. However we are not comfortable with them touching our vehicle anymore especially since they passed blame, lied and now posted a very unprofessional response on my Yelp review. You should never try and assume much less try and make fun of a customers financial situation. Especially with COVID and the the hardships people are experiencing. To be extremely clear we do not want anything from the repair shop we don’t trust them and won’t ever do business with them or let them touch one of our vehicles. Basic math 67784 km is 42k miles which is less the. 50k miles as I started.
