Steve came out the same day and was able to diagnose and fix our air conditioner within 24 hours! He did not try to upsell us or gouge us. He was honest and fixed our unit. It was a reasonable price. This is an HONEST company which is so rare, we are so happy to have found All Brands Air Conditioning and Heating. Thank you Steve!

Steve came out on time and was very professional throughout the service call. He thoroughly troubleshot our AC unit and explained that a part needed to be replaced. After completing the repair, he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommend All Brand Air Conditioning!

We had an issue with our air conditioner in the middle of a heat wave and called Steve. He was wonderful! Answered our call on a Sunday and came out the same day!!! He walked us through our unit while he diagnosed the issue and gave us answers as soon as possible. Steve addressed the issue the same day and we were good to go! Super recommended to work with Steve!

Steve, was phenomenal! He was responsive, professional, and polite. More importantly, he was honest! He worked on our furnace and quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. At no point did he up sell us. He also thoroughly explained what the issue was. I will definitely use him again. I will also highly recommend him to my friends and family.

The control unit for our A/C system went out and based on the numerous highly positive reviews, we chose All Brands to help us troubleshoot and repair the issue. Upon our first communication with Steve over the phone, we knew we made the right choice. Steve was wonderful from the get-go, keeping us informed on when he would be arriving, informing us of what the repair costs would be and what the plan of action would entail. From start to finish, Steve was a joy to interact with. He obviously loves what he does and share his knowledge about his craft. He answered all our questions and was able to get our A/C control unit replaced within the same day. He also took the time to inspect our filters and replace them as well, and then inspect the A/C unit itself to make sure it was truly running well. It’s reassuring to know that there are still honest, genuinely kind and professional business
