BOB THE PLUMBER was a blessing to my family when our sewer surrendered to its awful fate. BOB diagnosed our problem and went to work that very day. A massive job that required a trench dug right through our living-room, the front bedroom, and out to link with the city system. BOB’s crew worked with a furry while maintaining a happy and professional demeanor. Everything in its place. Their work is pristine and the workplace was left clean after every day’s work– so we could live in our home during the night, saving us the expense of a motel. BOB got the job done in an amazing eight days, with a keen attention to details. They covered our furniture before they began, and showed the utmost care with our personal possessions. I would recommend the servers have Bob The Plumber to anyone looking for a several explanation of what will be done with the estimate of their cost. They were also very prompt and courteous and cleaned up after they finished. Perez, A satisfied Chula Vista client.

So grateful for the team at Bob the Plumber. They got back to me even after closing on a Friday, made arrangements to check out the issues on Saturday, and made a special effort to fix the problem which was more complicated than expected. Communication was SUPERB! Kind, caring, professionals - so appreciative of their responsiveness and help.

A great family owned plumbing business. Brooke handles the customer service part of the business and does it well, at times she’s known for rolling up her sleeves and helping Ryan. Ryan is a pro when it comes to plumbing, he’s quick to assess the problem, determine the root cause and corrective action needed. His employee Andrew is a conscientious worker and does a great job in helping Ryan. Bob the Plumber is most definitely my go-to business for any plumbing issues.

Avoid the big name, companies and trust in your local plumbing company who will complete the same level of work, if not better at a fraction of the cost! Ryan is as honest as they get and his wife Brook is a wonderful compliment who runs the billing and scheduling and is compassionate thorough and responsive. If you want a responsive, supportive and thorough job trust Ryan and Brook at Bob the plumber. They have earned my business for years to come.
