When we discovered what we thought could be a serious water leak in the front of our home, Edgar responded quickly, thoroughly assessed the situation, and immediately put our minds at ease. He took the time to carefully inspect everything, explained exactly what was happening, and made sure our home and water system were safe before recommending the next steps. What impressed me most was his honesty and integrity. Rather than trying to sell us an unnecessary repair or charge us for work we didn’t need, Edgar told us it was a simple landscaping issue that could be corrected easily and inexpensively by our landscaper. These guys were amazing! After calling five different "24-Hour Emergency" plumbing services and being told they were fully booked until February, I contacted Coastal Rooter. An immediate response came from someone who inquired about my issue—a broken pipe on my water heater—and requested a picture. Within minutes, they said a technician would be on their way. Although I forgot their names, two professionals arrived, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it in less than an hour. They were courteous, explained each step, and offered fair pricing. This company is great. Max was so helpful in my plumbing nightmare, he sent out a technician named David who had outstanding customer service. He was able to clear my shower drain in a matter of minutes. He was very kind and respectful. I will definitely have them back for all of my plumbing needs.
