Michael was in our neighborhood working on our neighbors AC. As i dove by i approached him after he finished with the neighbor's house if he could drop by and give us a free estimate to service our AC since it was an older unit that was on the fritz no longer pumping cold air. He said sure! He came by inspected the unit i turned it on he quickly found and resolved the issue it was a breaker issue, he later said that the R-22 was sufficient enough and educated us on how older AC functioned Michael was highly knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. Lucky me all free of charge since he was in the neighborhood servicing the neighbor's house. Thank you, Michael in a world of takers you are certainly a giver. I Highly recommend this guy!

Our heater wouldn't turn off on Christmas day. My husband found Della-Mora's impressive customers' feedbacks so we contacted them. We were so surprised that Mike listened to our problems and didn't sound hurried at all. He gave us some instructions on the phone and promised to check the heater asap after Christmas. Two technicians came before him, but they were not able to definitely diagnose the problem. But Mike was able to troubleshoot it right away! He could fix it, but the furnace was so old that we decided to replace it. The installation of the new furnace was superb. There were some issues a few days after the installation, but Mike attended to it and made sure that it's good and running. He's very good at what he does and he appears to have a mastery of the trade. We're very thankful we chose him. We wish that his business will prosper because it's hard to find reliable and trust

We had Mike come and diagnose a forced-air heater problem in the middle of this winter. He was prompt, expeditious, professional, and very fair with his estimate and repair. Over the years, since 2012, I have used Della-Mora HVAC for installations at my home as well as at my parents' house. I will never look elsewhere for future repairs or any new HVAC units.

Michael and his team did a fantastic job at my property. They were tasked with adding AC to an existing central heat system in my home. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. The job took them a total of 2.5 days! I was thoroughly impressed, and their pricing just couldn't be beat. Not only did I feel that I got what I paid for, I feel that I got more! We had some questions about our system after it was installed, and Michael made it a point to come personally and elaborate *on a holiday*! Seriously blown away at how awesome the service was. Our home feels like a new home now with a stellar performing AC system. Thanks guys!

5++++ stars! Excellent service and communication. Came quickly & were honest about the fix, as well as provided tips and tricks to keep our HVAC works well. Will absolutely be calling them in the future!
