Great company! Daniel came out on time and did a perfect job replacing the door seals and did it fast. Highly recommend these guys. This is the second time they have serviced my garage door and motor. Both times were a great experience.

We needed an urgent repair after a bit of a mishap—our garage door wasn't closing because I hastily backed out too fast and clipped it while it was opening! My wife called Precision, and within minutes we had an appointment booked, with a same-day emergency option available for a fee. Interestingly, Precision had actually replaced our opener back in 2023. What we thought was a simple repair from my bump turned out to be a broken spring. They were the original springs from 1995! The opener was flashing a code indicating resistance, which totally explains why I misjudged my departure—the door was opening much slower than usual! As expected, Precision came through. They assessed the damage, presented our options, actually listened to us, and got straight to work. You guys are always so awesome to work with! I had the torsion springs and cable replaced; the price was competitive, but what is always the differentiator is the quality of service... and mine was outstanding. Daniel Morales did an excellent job and did it right the first time. Would 100% call Precision the next time I have any garage door issues!
