Mike has great experience, is very knowledgeable and honest. He is transparent with pricing and good communicator. Also explains pros and cons and makes good faith recommendations. Works fast and keeps things neat in the process. Would highly recommend.

I discovered a water heater leak the night before. I try not to go with the big companies, knowing they charge too much. I found Primo Plumbing and others on Yelp. Mike was the first to answer despite already working with a client. Mike called be back as soon as he was done. We went through options and his recommendations over the phone and as soon as we made an agreement, he went straight to work and picked up a new water heater. We met at my house just after lunch. Mike was polite and communicated well, his work was clean and even hauled off the old heater. He was done just as my kids were getting home from school and had hot water an hour later.

Awesome job! A water pipe got damaged when i was changing my toilet valve. Called Mike and he quickly came, opened up the dry wall, fixed the pipe, replaced the valve with high quality parts and also gave me a few tips so next time i try to fix something i dont destroy my house. Great guy! Good price. Totally recomend his work!

Mike came out and replaced my water pressure regulator. He noticed on a previous visit that there was some corrosion. I lived in this house over 15 years and didn’t realize that 5-10 years is the recommended replacement period for San Diego due to sediment. He is very professional, quick and workmanship is first rate. Definitely recommend Primo Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
