Came in around 4:30, probably a 15 minute wait for 2 without reservations. Waited took about 10 minutes to come by. Waiter would check in periodically. Appetizer plate was just enough for 2 people. And had enough to satisfy cravings Pretty solid food ; wish they had more healthier options . The protein bowl I ordered has just enough flavor in each bite

Arrived at 4pm. Left at 6pm. Wait time was about 10 minutes. Fairly empty. My only complain was my food...my spaghetti was cold. I thought it was only the outside, but no all of my spaghetti was cold. Also it lacked flavor, my marinera sauce was bland. Very disappointed.

Alyssa R. provided amazing service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfectly. Great attitude, quick service, and very professional. Came for a girlfriend’s birthday and Alyssa went over and beyond to make her feel special and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Today’s selection of service workers is so sad so to see someone who still has a passion for stellar genuine service is such a breath of fresh air! Thank you so much for making today so easy for us.

As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series and Maui Desire Romance Series novels, I always notice places with good atmosphere and flow, and BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse on H Street is a spot I’ve been visiting for years. It keeps things comfortable even when the place is full. They handle groups well, which makes it an easy choice for meeting up with friends or family.
