Board & Brew - Eastlake is a gem! I ordered the California Delight sandwich and a Cobb Salad to go, and both were fresh, delicious, and super filling. The ingredients tasted high-quality, and everything was well-prepared. The person at the counter was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Great food, great service—I'll definitely be back!

Great experience and nice staff. I wish they had flat bread, pita bread or lettuce wrap options for their sandwiches because their baguette bread were too thick or some people are on Atkins diet.

Brought the family over for lunch. Food was great and very tasty. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars and gave them 3 stars for atmosphere is because this is the second time I bring my family here for lunch and both times the men’s soap dispenser has been empty.

I just walked out of this establishment and will not be returning. We arrived and sat at the bar, where the bartender repeatedly walked past us without acknowledging our presence. He continued chatting with a customer who already had a drink and made no effort to greet us or take our order. A new customer arrived, and the bartender immediately attended to them—still ignoring us. When my husband pointed out that we had been waiting first, the bartender responded, “Well, you didn’t ask for anything.” That response is unacceptable. It is the bartender’s responsibility to acknowledge customers, not the other way around. At that point, it was clear that the bartender had no interest in providing even basic customer service, so we chose to leave. I strongly recommend that you train your staff on proper customer service
