We went early Sunday morning for breakfast. There was no line so we were seated right away. Parking was not a problem. The servers were attentive and the service was fast. The place is clean. The food was warm, delicious, and the serving size was big. Price is reasonable. When we left there was a wait line outside. We would definitely go back here. Highly recommend.

This place is a phenomenal spot. The food was delicious, the chicken Chilaquiles I strongly recommend and they had a delicious flight of mimosas as well. Staff is great and they take care of their customers as well. I dined outside which was nice but the only gripe I must add is that there is a gate that the staff was using out there that kept slamming each time they went in and out. Other than that noise levels were kept at a dull roar and it was calming and peaceful there to enjoy your meal.

This Broken Yolk in Eastlake is the best. All the staff (just to mention a few we know by names: Fernando, Fabiola, Isela) are amazing. They are welcoming, personable, attentive, friendly, and reliable. The food is great. We have our favorite meals, but anything you order is amazing and freshly cooked.

The food here is amazing! Our waitress was so kind as well. I will come back everytime when I’m in San Diego. Very busy as well so I’d recommend getting there early.

First time coming in and was not disappointed. From the start, Fernando was very patient and attentive. We must have switched our order like four times, but he was very understanding with our selection changes. For all the dishes we ordered, the portions were SUPER generous. I had the El Fuego omelette and it definitely lived up to the “fuego” in its name. While not overbearing, the jalapeños help and there’s hot sauce on the side available if desired. A solid 4.5/5.0 My friend got the country chicken fried steak and they do NOT hold back on the gravy. While it may not appeal to some, it went well with the steak and the side choice of biscuits. 4.0/5.0 As for the dessert, we got the churro French toast and maybe it’s the sweet tooth in me, but it was AMAZING. It comes glazed and it was freshly made. 5.0/5.0 Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
