Ordered a large fry and a small fry. The small had a lot more than the large when we tried to talk with the employee, she tried to take my tray saying she'd throw them away and get us new fries. There was no need to throw them away and I said it would be wasteful. And then she said, you got more fries in the small by mistake, and the large was the correct amount. There's no way, the container wasn't even full. What a rip off. It took them 50 minutes to refill syrup in the soda machine. Said that it was too busy when we asked about it. There was no one else in the dining area with us, we didn't see many cars in the drive thru. They weren't too busy. When they finally changed the syrup right before we left, it took only a few minutes. My son ordered the oreo shake. Don't waste your money on it. He didn't like it and ended up not finishing it. Wanted to try the new chicken sandwich well let’s just say @3:00pm fresh chicken should be put into the fryers for paying customers now if it was free I wouldn’t complain 😉

I appreciate the manager Marya from this location. I went through the drive through to order an impossible sandwich, and they ran out. After my inconvenience request, I was eventually given a sort of rain check receipt to come back the next day and receive my original order at no cost. Upon my visit the following day, I was greeted by Marya with a smile. I explained to her what happened the previous day, and she was already expecting me (which was good on the manager pass down from Leo). She offered me an additional drink and fries to go with my sandwich for my wait and inconvenience, and I appreciated that very much because it made me feel understood. She was very relatable, professional, and pleasant to encounter. The staff made my order fresh and fast. It was very clean inside. I wish every BK was like this across the nation. No tomato in my Whopper and barely any onions that I paid for almost $7. They told me they ran out of tomatoes after i had to go ask where are they?
