They always have several customers who bulk order of pizzas over 20-45 pizzas per order especially in the dense community: corporations and schools are nearby.... They COULDN'T make any spaces in between making orders for other customers who would order for 1-2 pizzas. Wasted my time and CALIFORNIA fuel to arrive the shop and had to cancel the order because it wont be ready for next 30 minutes... what the..... the online said my order will be ready in 14 minutes especially i am on a lunch break from work... time window is tight

Store won't honor and apparently doesn't participate in national Domino's coupons. Dominos app clearly advertises 50 percent off menu priced pizzas after 9 PM. Went to place an order for pickup at this store thru the app to use the coupon, price wasn't adjusting. No big deal, just figured I'd place the order in person since it seemed to be an app issue. Surprise! This store doesn't honor a national Domino's coupon that's clearly advertised in the app as being available at the store. Store manager first tried to tell me that it was only during certain weeks for the coupon, so when I showed him in the app it was being advertised as available, the story he gave me changed to "oh, we just don't honor that coupon". I am extremely disappointed with my experience on 12/25/25. When I arrived to pick up my order, a young male employee cashed me out even though the order was already sitting on the rack and had been ready since 5:54 PM. My total was $40.10. I gave him $50.00 and clearly stated the remaining amount was a holiday tip for the team. Instead, he handed three employees one dollar each and pocketed the rest. Even more disturbing, after handling cash, neither he nor the other employees washed their hands before continuing food preparation. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I never received a receipt, and the employee did not return. Another employee, Antwan, stepped in, apologized, and handled the situation professionally—he was clearly embarrassed by his coworker’s actions. I ordered pasta with Alfredo sauce, two types of cheese, and jalapeños. The portion I received was ridiculously small. It was far less than what I expected. As you can see in the picture, the amount they gave me was disappointing. It’s the second time it happened with me at this Location. Definitely not worth the price, and I’m really unhappy and not gonna order from this location again.

WORST PARKING EVER!!!! I will never return to that location they keep telling me 5 minutes for my order after 30 mins waiting I saw when they put it in the oven WHY LIE??? On the scree it keeps saying 1-5 mins those 5 mins they turned to another 30 mins .the driver went in there to help getting the pizzas out and getting them in a box really??? It looked like all the drivers could get there and box his own orders . really I was there driver didn't even wash his hands !!!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THERE!!!!! I'm telling you....
