I have been coming to this location since the early '90s. Like most chain places, quality and service can be hit or miss depending on who is working, and honestly, how they are feeling that day.... Having said that, this bagel I got today was complete BS. This is not the first time it happens so today I will leave this review. I did not bother to open the bag at the store because I shouldn't need to for a to go order, but when I got home 15 minutes later I was found with this. I don't need a pound of cream cheese but this wasn't even enough for half my bagel, for what they charge these days, this is unacceptable. Corporate--- please reviews standards and consistency with this store. Very upsetting.

The people who work there are really helpful when I first walked in not knowing what to order. Now, Every time I use the app to order, I never have to wait. I love it here. Fresh bagels, great service with a smile. Gets my day started off RIGHT!

Today I pre-ordered online and they got it wrong. It wasnt even busy. The day before I ordered another online order and they also got it wrong. They were late when it was scheduled for a certain time. Ive worked as a cook and a server for years and it boggles my mind to why some "qualified" workers in the food and beverage industry could be so negligent and careless when the job is so simple.

Our food was delicious! We got the Maplehouse egg sandwich and chorizo sunrise egg sandwich and the cinnamon rolls are good as well

Give it a try two times and very bad costumer service. I purchase 2 spinach florentine bagel with filling, paid for them, and got two simple cold and hard bagels when arriving to work :((
