I ordered a California burrito. It was really really good. One of the best. Great taste. The meat was juicy and perfectly cooked. The ingredients were fresh and complicated the burrito perfectly. Salsas were great. Definitely reccomend.

People who watch my reviews, knows I tell the truth. My reviews are based on everything that happens on my visit at the time. and always I do two visits per location to compare everything. This was my second visit at this location, The first time i did enjoy the visit and the food, unfortunately the second time it was the total opposite, biviana at the counter she lied on how long the food will take to prepare, then when I asked for my money back, Biviana refuse to give me a refund when in fact I was not taking the food. And according to the place policy, I must provide the food and the receipt for a full refund, I did that, and still biviana refuse to issue a refund with the excuse there was no manager at the site, I was forced to take the food since I wasn't getting a refund, I end up throwing the food and had dinner at a different restaurant. Our friends treated us... Gotta love friends who do! We had 3 grilled fish burritos and 1 Carnitas. 2 of us added guacamole. The bomb!!! Now the various hot sauces made it MORE amazing, too. 4 burritos and 2 drinks over $70.. But hey. No need for tips at this joint. So drop by if u are ever in the area. The place was filled right after we got there!!

Stopped in at El Pollo Grill in Chula Vista and tried their California burrito. It was good, but nothing special. The tortilla was fresh and held up well, but the fries inside weren’t crispy and the carne asada came out a bit dry. Overall, it was filling but lacked that extra flavor and texture that makes a California burrito memorable.

The food is very fresh. I ordered 1/4 lbs chicken meal. They had a salad and ( wait for it).. french fry option or rice and bean option. Salad was great with walnuts and cranberries I want to go back and try their family meals and other amazing sounding emtress, but am a bit reluctant to return because the cashier was so curt and unfriendly. Pricing a tiny bit high.
