Had the most amazing menudo ever! Which has a unique savory, slightly sweet as well as, roasted flavor which I have never experienced before. The soup is well portioned with plenty of tender tripe, complimented the perfectly cooked hominy and I opted not to have the pata (pig foot) added because of a personal preference. The beers were served ice cold and readily because I sat at the bar. Out of the kindness of my bartender/server he provided a complimentary desert resembling a smoothly moist layed red velvet cake with a creamy cheese cake frosting containing a slight hint of lime; well blending of sweet yet tart. The business was very busy as well as well staffed with friendly, happy, efficient and professional people. The energy and positive vibes made this an experience to remember. A special shout out to my bartender Paco for being thoughtful, thorough and precise.

We stopped here on a whim and boy were we pleasantly surprised. This Western themed restaurant had the best Agua Chiles and Burria fries we have had anywhere in San Diego. The wait staff was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. After our meal was done, they brought us homemade deserts on the house. This place is definitely a must try if you are ever in the area.

Came here for brunch and honestly loved it. The cowboy-themed vibes were fun and different, and the place just had a good energy overall. We tried the huevos rancheros, mole chilaquiles, and hot cakes — everything was really good and super flavorful. The house-made salsas were delicious and the portions were BIG, so come hungry. Nothing felt skimpy and everything tasted fresh. Great spot for a laid-back Mexican brunch in San Diego. Good food, good vibes, good service and I’d definitely come back again.

Food is always delicious! The servers are always amazing and nice. The servers are very attentive. You get free deserts (3) at the end of your meal. Get the horchata, it comes in a huge mug and is perfectly sweetened. They have great coffee and great food, the alcoholic drinks are delicious also. When it comes to food they have options with chicken, beef, pork. You can also get something with fish if you want. Every time ive been here the food always tastes amazing, made with love and care. Will forever suggest this place.

Great atmosphere and customer service. Birria was good at reasonable price full order for $20. They offer complimentary chips or Mexican bread we went with chips. Tortillas were dipped in oil which I love and they give you complimentary desserts. While I was there they sang 3 times for someone’s birthday and brought out complimentary cake. I enjoyed the ambience good music as well. I will be going back.
