It’s been about 5 years since our last time we ate here and we will absolutely coming back. We got there just in time around 11:15 a.m. Our orders were ready after 10 minutes. Then groups of customers started coming in. We ordered three (3) gyro, chicken, and koobideh plates with rice, house salad, hummus, and fries as sides. The chicken and koobideh were tender and juicy, but the gyro was a little dry. French fries were so good! The salad was fresh. The dining area was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I docked 1 star because 2 fountain drinks were empty. I recommend it if you’re looking for Mediterranean food.

I had my first visit at Luna Grill Eastlake today, and I have to say the customer service alone will keep me coming back! Litzy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with such a friendly attitude and took the time to explain the menu since it was my first time. She recommended some of her favorite/best-selling items and even broke down the portion sizes, which really helped me decide what to order. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond—she told me about the Luna Grill app, explained the rewards system, and shared how I could get discounts, which is super helpful as a student in the area. After I got my food, she came by my table to check on me and make sure everything was good and if I needed anything else. That level of attention is rare these days. This place is very busy and the food was very delicous. The schwarma, I didnt picture because by the time I finished eating it all that was left was the wrapper, but let me tell you it was worth every penny! Come check them out, this little plaza as a lot of good food around, but you have to give Luna a shot, you won't regret! Oh and make sure you sign up for the VIP membership it's free and you won't regret it!

IT WAS SOOOO GOODDDD,The service was incredible; everyone was very friendly. as they explained everything very well. Jesse, the person who took our order, was extremely helpful and kind. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS—I would definitely come back.
