My mobile order was walked by for about 10 mins till I said something to end it all they got wrong a 2 mchicken and medium fry order..

Pale white fries (possibly new oil, they taste so so), but the real issue for me was my spicy mcchicken. It looks like it received an elbow drop from Macho Man Randy Savage. You don't need to squish it down so that it's almost as flat as a pancake. Insane. Mayo tastes off too. Unfortunate. With the ever increasing prices McDonald's wants to charge, can we at least focus a bit more on quality?

I am a paraplegic and I rely on a mobility scooter for transportation. After shopping at Target on Broadway in Chula Vista, I went to McDonalds to get some fries and a drink. While I approached the front door my scooter battery unexpectedly died. I asked the Manager BLANCA if I could charge it, and she agreed. About 30 minutes, an employee unplugged my charger and tossed the cord toward me. When I politely asked for a little more time, I was ignored and she walked away. I was a paying customer, sitting quietly with a soda and fries, and was not blocking anyone or causing any disruption. As someone with a disability, asking for assistance is not always easy, which made the lack of compassion even more disappointing. This review is not about McDonald's as a company. It's about a manager by the name of BLANCA who showed very little understanding or respect for a customer with a disability.

I visit this McDonald’s almost every day, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I placed a curbside mobile order for a frappe and waited over 15 minutes without anyone bringing the order out or giving any update. I eventually had to go through the drive-thru. After explaining the situation, I was sent to the next window and was handed the wrong item entirely. So I still had to wait because the order was not ready AT ALL!. The overall experience showed a serious lack of communication, organization, and consideration for customers’ time. I understand fast food can get busy, but when someone uses the mobile app and follows the curbside process correctly, there should be at least a basic level of coordination and professionalism. This was frustrating and discouraging. There’s rarely a McDonalds with good customer service and, I can see this location already transitio
