It was so good we went two nights in a row! The brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful, the half chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the bison burger was outstanding. Great food, generous portions, and a fun atmosphere. Great for sports too I only wish they would offer water pitchers. We had to keep asking for water 😂

The food was excellent! The pork ribs were packed with flavor, and you could really taste the smokiness in every bite. The mac and cheese was delicious, and the pulled pork nachos were just as good. The restaurant itself is very nice, with both indoor and outdoor dining options, plus a great bar area. The service was outstanding as well. It’s great to finally have a quality BBQ spot here in Chula Vista!

We had such a great experience here watching the Mexico soccer game! The atmosphere was fun, energetic, and welcoming. The food was delicious, we tried the pulled pork sandwich, the roasted corn, and I really appreciated that they offered a Garden Veggie Burger for vegetarians like me. The margaritas were excellent with a great variety of flavors to choose from, and the draft beer was crisp and refreshing. The highlight of our visit, though, was our server, Charlie. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Even with the restaurant being busy, he checked on us regularly, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out correctly. He had such a positive attitude and helped make the whole experience enjoyable. Came in on a nice afternoon, curious about the BBQ and casual vibe. The place surprised us with how much space there is — a huge, shaded outdoor patio with umbrellas and also a full bar and restaurant inside. Food-wise, the 6-piece pork ribs were tender and actually charred the way they should be, served with a really solid cheddary cavatappi mac n' cheese. My bison burger came thick and juicy, paired with starchy, extra-crispy fries that were exactly right. They've got a decent drink menu with drafts on tap and some nice non-alcoholic options too. Service was quick and attentive. Parking is genuinely great — covered garage, no hunting around. One small thing: there's no front-of-house hostess, so we weren't entirely sure if we should grab our own table or wait, but it worked out fine. For the food quality and portions, it's a good value. Definitely coming back to try more from the menu

Let's go, outdoor seating a plus because indoor the music may seem loud. I tried the trio tacos as a starter 5/5 the tacos were filled with well seasoned meats (pulled pork, beef rib, and pulled chicken) they were topped some guacamole, I did not use any additional sauce or salsa. The meat was tender and nicely flavored and burst out of, the double tortillas. I also sampled the 6 bone pork rib (4/5) flavor and price point. Side 1 mac and cheese very creamy 4/5 I'm not a mac and cheese person. Side 2 onion rings 3.5/5 large size batter was average. I tried the Sweet Bark bullet and mezcal, lime and pineapple juice, honey and cinnamon 4.5/5 refreshing, smooth, and worth a shot.
