Subway — Eastlake

There is a man that works the evening shift. When I walked in, he immediately greeted me and washed his hands! We established rapport, and he's in school and working at the moment. He built my sandwich as requested with precision and care. I wish him well in his career endeavors, and I'm impressed too see someone value their job! I like eating at shops were people do a good job! Wow. Impressive. Nice.

This subway really used to be good but within the last year are so the service has really sucked. There is usually only one worker who has to fulfill the online orders plus the customer who come in. Today I placed an online order and the subs were made very sloppy as if the person just throw the toppings and meat on the bread in a rush plus some of the items I asked for where left off the sub. I want to assume the subs were made so badly due to lack of staff however, I’m unsure. I do know that will be my last time giving this subway my business.

Store are clean and people are kind to me I am happy for sure I’ll be back again.

This is a great Subway! I have been up a few Subway restaurants, but the people working here where very friendly and helpful. Even though I did not get the best u wanted, they have me a good experience.
