Frequenting this restaurant whenever I am in Chula Vista, over the years, it has never been a disappointment. They offer flavorful and exceptional food for both their mexican and american options, so any pickier members of a group will still find the same amount of quality in whatever they order. The flavors are so wonderfully vibrant for anything you can order, I'm a big fan of their Poblano Omelette, and of course their chilaquiles are a standout with any of their sauces, although I particularly love the mole and chipotle sauces for them. They are very generous with portion sizes alongside prices, I've almost always left with leftovers despite coming with a decent appetite. Their drink selection is also worth commending, with free refills on jamaica and horchata being notable for hospitality, and their cafe de olla being very lovely and flavorful, even as someone who does not drink cof

So I've heard a lot of this place and after seeing it on food network we've been wanting to visit and finally got the opportunity on Saturday the 26th. As usual there was a line out the door to get in and we were told we had about a 30 minute wait. That wait turned into about 45 minutes.......once we were finally seated I noticed they were obviously pretty busy and it took a little for someone to actually come over and take our order. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and my fiancé ordered the chilaquiles both in green sauce. We also ordered the kids quesadilla for my daughter. The quesadilla came out right away which was nice and my daughter dug in, she really enjoyed it. Now we sat there talking amongst ourselves as my daughter ate and we waited for our food. And I can't specifically say how long it took but my daughter, watching videos on my phone finished her meal before our ever came

We came in on a Tuesday at noon, it’s was pretty busy food came out no later than 30 minutes. Everything was high quality food. Service was good. The only thing I would say is that they need to add napkins on the tables and alcohol wipes.. other than that no problem

Came on Saturday and brought family from out of town. Fantastic live band. We had the best chicken rolled tacos, guacamole and tamarindo and strawberry tequila shots. And danced! It’s not a disappointment!
