1 star. Extremely disappointed and honestly upset with my experience. I ordered a chicken kebab and the chicken was undercooked, which is not only unacceptable but also a serious food safety concern. I expected my food to be properly prepared and safe to eat, but instead I was served something I couldn’t trust. The quality and care were not there, and this ruined my entire meal. I won’t be coming back and I would not recommend this place unless they take food safety and customer service seriously.

It’s our first time to try Mediterranean food at the kebab shop at Otay Ranch location. The greens bowl with protein (lamb) are delicious so as the super duper wrap.

1st visit and I WILL be back! They accommodated all my food, allergies, and the manager even changed gloves without me having to ask. Excellent place to come for vegan options dairy free options. The food is fresh to order and they have delicious salsa. The place is well kept in all areas! 10 out of 10 would recommend

This is honestly the best place I’ve gone to in a while. I go here with my dad all the time. Giselle is the best if you see her say hi! Everyone spam W Giselle in the chat! 5 stars. The food is great, The employees are super helpful and nice, Definitely recommend this place. I go here all the time and I love it! And guess what? The kids bowl is free on the weekends!!

My work team and I often eat here. Kevin and his crew provide amazing customer service. Good quality food and very good size portions. Keep up the excellent work guys and gals! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
