We did mobile order because it said it would be faster and our order would be ready when we got there. When I got there we went to the lobby and we waiting a couple of minutes for someone to come to the front everyone was busy in the back and drive through. We told them we had mobile order and they said they would start making it. The receipts for mobile order go to the cash register in the front so if no one is there then they are not aware that someone submitted a mobile order. I asked the lady what was the point of mobile order and she said that it did not really work because they would only make it when we got there. Anyways we waited and saw that everyone got their food everyone who was in the drive through and people who came after us as well. We finally went up after waiting and asked where my order was and they had just put it to the side they had forgotten about it and they were

Service was horrible here. They didn’t like that my order was over $40 and made me pull to the side of the drive thru to wait. I watched five cars pass us before we got our food. She forgot our drink and ignored me when I tried to tell her so I had to go inside and get it. Nobody was at the register and when someone finally came I waited forever for my drink while they kept filling orders. We got home and there was no sauce in the bag for the nuggets and only 4 cookies when we paid for the 5 cookie pack.

Great food and friendly service! I love their fresh salads and the spicy chicken nuggets are a must-try. The drive-thru is usually quick, making it a convenient stop when I'm in a hurry.

I've been very sick, not feeling like cooking and the only thing I was craving was chili cheese fries and they did not had chili at all, just like 10 beans at thats it 😔

Went to Wendy's after 10 years and surprisingly it was great! The drive thru entrance was kind of insane to figure out .. (you have to drive around the entire parking lot...) other than that it was great. By the time you get up too the window they hand you your food! No waiting at all 🌝
