Extremely disappointed with Bob’s Furniture and their extended warranty. I purchased a sectional just two years ago and paid extra for a 5-year extended warranty for peace of mind. When a piece of the sectional became damaged and needed replacement, I was told the specific piece is discontinued. Instead of replacing the sectional or offering a reasonable solution, Bob’s warranty only offered a voucher for that one piece. The problem is that the sectional is no longer available, making the voucher essentially useless. I paid for an extended warranty expecting that if something went wrong, Bob’s would stand behind their product and provide a comparable replacement. Instead, I’m left with a sectional that cannot be properly repaired and a voucher that doesn’t solve the problem. If a furniture company sells extended warranties, customers should not be penalized because they chose to disco

We went into Bob’s furniture to look for a dining set and they Had a pretty good selection to choose from. Alejandro was our sales person and was very helpful and patient with all Of our questions. He explained everything so thoroughly and was very nice. The prices were very reasonable as well. We had a good experience at Bob’s.

I had a great experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture yesterday! Luis was my salesperson and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He listened to what I was looking for, quickly showed me the right options, and made the whole process smooth and easy. I was able to find the exact furniture I wanted and was in and out of the store in under 40 minutes, which I really appreciated. Luis was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. no pressure, just great service. If you’re shopping for furniture, I definitely recommend asking for Luis.
