This place has a fantastic selection of trendy clothes and accessories! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help you find exactly what you need. I love the vibe and the prices are pretty reasonable too!

Sorry this store does not make you feel welcome, they only have check out lane on the bottom floor which can get long at times. They need to have staff to man the upper floor check out as well, so customers who park on the 2nd level can purchase their items and leave, not have to go downstairs to then have to go back up. The bathrooms being locked is another issue on its own, having a senior parent who needed to use the restroom and running around trying to find a employee is ridiculous. From other reviewers they need to keep the restrooms clean as well.

We recently bought a home at the new community across the street and was so excited to have this store but it’s so disappointing the employees are rude and the store just looks dirty all the time. The mall will revamp soon hoping they fix this problem too otherwise this store has to go looks so old and run down.

My friends and I stopped by this Burlington on our way back home because we had to use the bathroom. Little did we know that the bathroom would be on the 2nd floor until I asked someone. After we found the bathroom, we were going to take the escalator down but it was broken so using the elevator would be the next option. There was a long line for just the 1 elevator they had so we walked out the door to go to the parking garage to use the steps there to go to the 1st level. I was able to walk around the store while looking for the bathroom. The place is organized and had tons of stuff but if you go to the 2nd floor then you'll get stuck.

I give it 2 stars because it’s a big store- but the mess in this place is OUTRAGEOUS! There is product all over the floor and people are stepping on it, running over it with their carts. The line to check out was wrapped around and down past the men’s fitting room, there was only 2 cashiers and not one employee came to help. Everything is a complete mess and not one employee was cleaning, picking items up or even helping. They have carts of Go-back products everywhere on the floor and some even blocking the aisles. I like coming to these types of stores but i unfortunately wont be coming back to this location any time in the future.
