in my experience I don’t have any problem with the staff, they are not rude but not amigable people. It’s meh. Love the deals that the store has but the fitting rooms are horrendous and i hate that there’s only 2 of them when obviously they have more. I know that the store is very poor of personal and of customers but i have to wait 20-30 min.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I was asking for a clothing size and the girl on the cashier position (with no eyebrows and black hair) said "if it's not there is because we don't have it", in a rude tone. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. They should hire people that do like their job and knows how to treat customers. I didn't feel comfortable buying there anymore.

Hello, I am a customer at Charlotte Russe and I love the great deals but I do have a few problems here at this location, first of all, the dressing rooms are filthy with dust and a dirty hanger on the ground, I sadly couldn’t take footage because I had my phone held by a friend because their was NO TABLES or anything to hold your things at the dressing room. Not only that the cashier was unprofessional rolling eyes and dumping my clothes like garbage in the bag and she didn’t even fold my clothes! I don’t know her name since the receipt said her name was employee 999. Another thing is that employee 999 took forever scanning my clothes as if I bought 20 items when I just bought two sweaters.But please clean the dressing rooms and have better customer service! Thank you! Update: thank you so much for cleaning the dressing rooms.

Every other day it’s a hot mess … But today !!!! Oh man it was bad , dressing rooms filled with clothing and empty hangers. Throughout the store piles of shoes. Some of the racks were a big mess

manager & employees always have great service, the holidays could be quite hectic but they always make sure to greet all customers who come in. i’ve been shopping here for 10+ years & never had a bad experience (:
