I had a very disappointing experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods. The customer service was extremely poor from the moment I walked in. Staff seemed uninterested in helping and acted like basic questions were an inconvenience. What made the situation worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they came across as dismissive and outright rude. There was no effort to resolve the issue or even acknowledge it respectfully. Overall, this visit felt frustrating and unwelcoming. I expected much better service from a store of this reputation, but unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

This location is their standard store which was clean and well stocked. I use to shop at one of their extra large 2 floor stores in the Dallas area. Dick’s has grow on me over the years. Now I regularly purchase my shorts and t-shirts from them, plus other small items. At this location, by coincidence, I’ve had the same lady help me several times. She’s been super helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Today I was looking for a sturdy canopy but everything they had in stock wasn’t rated very well. My search continues but I will shop here again in the future.

Bridgett was amazing! From the moment I called on the phone to my in store enthusiast expierence. She was polite and friendly and fast. She acknowledged everyone. C was also friendly and polite from the moment I asked for help. Thank you for making my mom job easy.

I never thought of shopping for soccer or baseball items at Dick’s Sporting Goods store but since my niece had reminded me that one was nearby our home (Chula Vista), I decided to give Dick’s a try. Mission Valley was the other location I had in mind but wasn’t feeling an 18 mile drive that day. It was a couple weekend mornings ago when my niece stopped by to look for soft ball equipment. With staff’s helpful assistance, she was able to get all the age appropriate items for my 7 year old granddaughter. I then picked up the saved items later that day and made my purchase. Since I was on limited time, I made a quick stop at the baseball section just to get some ideas on prices. Prior to making it over to the register, I also skimmed through some clothing racks that were right in front of the register area. Nothing interesting popped out. i payed for my volleyball shoes and i also payed for same day delivery but it gave me the option for it but it says it can’t be delivered on the same day so i basically wasted my money on same day delivery and they knew that it couldn’t be deliver on the same day. GET YOUR GAME UP DICKS SPORTING GOOD
