I got my quince dress here and I LOVED it. They made our experience amazing here and everyone was so kind and helpful. I came for all of my things for the party and they were so helpful with making a costume bow for my dress. Highly recommended💗

This was the best experience ever!! Not only were the dresses reasonable but Teresa and her staff are ON POINT!! I found great feedback from customers and we all appreciated the beautiful dresses other customers were trying on. There is such a variety of different styles of dresses for all your formal wear. They even have suit rentals for guys. And they have some beautiful shoes and accessories for all types of occasions. I had such a wonderful experience and they weren't rushing me to make a decision. They have a tailor as well if you need your dress altered. This place has everything you need to complete your look and budget !!

Absolutely terrible experience. I brought in my dress for a strap alteration, and the seamstress ruined the look of the front. Instead of making sure the visible side was neat and even, she sewed it so the seam and lining are exposed in the most noticeable spot. The back looks fine, but the front—what everyone sees—is sloppy and mismatched. This could have been easily avoided with basic attention to detail, but instead I was left with a poorly done job just days before my event. When I brought it up, they refused to take responsibility or issue even a partial refund, insisting they “did what I asked” when that is clearly not the case. Now I have to scramble to find someone else to fix their mistake before my daughter’s quinceañera. Unprofessional, careless, and zero accountability. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.
