DSW is the shoe wearhouse that you can find a lot of good brands with good prices. That is not the reason that I gave a 5 star review. It is because of the team members who are very helpful and caring. Today I went to exchange three pairs of kids sneakers that recently I bought online for my grand children with no receipt and record. The manager, Miss Maricore was listening to me while I explained my situation to Rose. After a couple of questions they both found a way for prove of purchase. I ended up getting the same ones with the correct sizes and ended up being a very satisfied and loyal customer. They both exceeded my expectations.

They have every shoe brand you can hope to find! The customer service is great as well and help you by assisting you one on one, asking questions, making suggestions. Definitely would recommend. The only down said is that it is a little pricey but the shoes are very well managed.

Got my new iridescent purple crocs! I love them… had the best customer service and helped me get them for the best price. Also was able to see some non slip work shoes by crocs.
