I had a great experience working with Furniture & Mattress Warehouse employees especially working with Brenda one of the employees. Her knowledge and patience made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable. What stood out the most was her commitment to customer satisfaction. When a part of my furniture arrived damaged, she responded quickly and professionally. The issue was handled efficiently, and they made sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction without any hassle. Overall, I truly appreciate their excellent customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and reliable support.

Went there to look for my dream couch and found it. Brenda was very helpful with getting the couch custom and explaining all the steps! Best experience ever and loveee my new custom couch
