Enrique provided outstanding customer service during our furniture shopping experience at Jerome’s. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process enjoyable. We especially appreciated that he was bilingual, which helped us feel comfortable and well informed throughout our visit. What stood out the most was his patience. He never pressured us to make a quick decision and gave us the time we needed to explore our options. My husband and I truly appreciated his guidance, professionalism, and kindness. Thanks to Enrique, we had a great experience and felt confident in our purchase. Highly recommended!

Lifesaver!!! Sales Manager Bella at the Chula Vista store, came thru for us…. She basically saved us as a customer!! San Marcos Jerome’s messed up our order by sending the opposite configuration, a manager there said they would not be able to correct it for days…. He stated they were not Amazon and it was impossible for them to deliver next day. So, I visited the Chula Vista store wanting a full refund! Bella stepped in, apologized for the mishap & said she would somehow try to make it happen for our celebration that was planned 3 weeks ahead of purchase. Next day she delivered, Jerome’s delivered!! I’m sold to her leadership and make it happen attitude. Thank you Bella! Perhaps Jerome’s can promote you to teach other managers like Tony that impossible is possible.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I purchased these couches in 10/23/2023 , and the springs are already pushing through the cushions. This is unacceptable quality. On top of that, I paid extra for an extended warranty specifically for peace of mind and protection against damage like this. When we filed a claim, a worker named Brianna told us we would be contacted within a week. That never happened. Over a month went by with zero communication. We had to physically go back to the store just to get an update. Only then were we told there was “nothing anyone could do.” So what exactly did we pay for? An extended warranty that doesn’t get honored and customer service that doesn’t follow through? The lack of accountability, poor communication, and refusal to resolve the issue is incredibly frustrating. If you’re still considering buying ANYTHING here, definitely don’t get any warranties. Bought a queen size Helix mattress and had a great experience. Mohammad Aftahi helped us and was very knowledgeable about everything mattress related and really appreciated the “no high pressure sales” at all. Also pleased w the amount of time they gave me to deliver the bed. 100% will be back and next time a new couch!

I purchased a dining table from Jerome’s Furniture and also hired their delivery and installation service. When the table was delivered and installed at my home, it already had major damage, including noticeable chips and dents. I immediately called the store to report the issue, but unfortunately the manager, Tim, was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me it was a final sale and that once the item left the warehouse and was delivered, nothing could be done, despite the damage clearly occurring before or during delivery. The next day, I went into the store in person and had a completely different experience with the assistant manager, Diego. He was professional, patient, and truly understanding. I showed him the photos of the table before and after delivery, and he clearly saw the damage. Diego handled the situation correctly and arranged for a replacement at no extra cost. While
