I absolutely love this place!! It’s like a diamond in the rough. Coming from another place in CV, which had such terrible service, this is a crafters heaven. They help you right away and owners are so nice! They have all the ribbon colors you need and assist you right when you need it. They have tons of flowers and wedding decorations. They now have a regular customer!! There’s no other place to go but here on this area, trust me.

Terrible experience with the owner of the store, she has a terrible attitude..!! Like she is mad at everybody that comes inside her store.. Including her poor employer, that poor lady couldn't even talk because she looks like afraid of her. I use to buy a lot of merchandise from that store all the time before because it was another person in charge of it, and it was always really gracious with the clients. Since the new owner is there it's always been a struggle to buy from her. She even makes you think like she is making you a favor to sell you. She was rude, disrespectful and in top of that when I ask her why was she so rude? She said I wasn't. I didn't do anything to you... I ask her a question and she answer upset and she even said, if you like it ... If not don't buy it... I told her you are disrespectful and rude.. And I don't want anything from you anymore. I live in Mission Viejo. I went to visit my friend in Chula Vista and we went to this store La Bonita together. My friend told me she is a regular to this store because the owner is so nice and helpful and also they have such a huge selection of silk flowers so I decided to stop by. First of all, I loved their store sign. One of their letter was a flower and it was just so cute! When I walked into the store, I was so surprised because they have so many different kinds of products. Very colorful silk flowers, baby shower supplies, wedding supplies, gifts and more! The price was so reasonable and affordable. Like my friend told me the owner lady was so helpful and friendly. I wish I live closer so I can go there more often. I'm sure I will visit again soon though because my daughter's birthday is coming soon. So excited to go back!!!
