I have to note Love's Florists business hours state they are M-F 10am-6pm, this is important regarding my experience. I submitted a request for a funeral arrangement via online and according to the website it stated I had to order within the next hour to get delivered for same day, Jan 9, 2026 3:47pm, my total $93.99 on a $60 flower arrangement. I received a voicemail the next day from the floral shop 01/10/2026 at 12:13pm asking for a call back. I called and spoke to the lady who left me the voicemail. She notified me the flower arrangement was NOT delivered yesterday because they were already closed. She stated she called the mortuary home to ask if deceased was there? (what?!) and that she was informed the funeral would start at 2pm, do you still want us to deliver we can do that now? At the moment I was grieving my Aunts loss with her daughters, my cousins, at their home and said yes

I order from love’s florist every year sometimes twice a year for our daughter who lives in Chula Vista . I do not live in California anymore. I haven’t for years I found love‘s florist and they deliver beautiful flowers and are so kind and generous with their time. Thank you so much. You really do love what you do

I just want to thank Sylvia, who created a beautiful flower arrangement for my mother's memorial life celebration, it was absolutely perfect. Sylvia has been in business for 33 years and is an asset to the community. Any of your flower and gift needs right here a 1 stop shop and you won't be disappointed. Thank you again Sylvia , you will see me again for all my floral needs. Keep up the great work , you are truly appreciated. ❣️

Ordered a corsage and boutonnière for prom….asked for lavender flower with gold or cream colored ribbon—I got a fuchsia colored rose with dark purple ribbon…although the corsage was beautiful—it was not what I asked for. When asked to have it redone by 3, lady said 330, and then 4—asked if I could have a white flower instead, I was told I’d have to pay for it. Lady made no effort to correct a wrong. She blamed the person who took the order. No apologies, nothing. The corsage did not look good with prom attire as it actually clashed with the fits. Definitely know where not to get flowers as you would have to accept them with their mistakes.

I wish my local shop had been opened at the time because I made the mistake of walking in here... I paid $27 dollars after taxes for one rose because it came in a dollar tree vase. I feel so stupid but I urgently needed a gift and there was no other shop near by. The shop alone is very cluttered and very minimal when it comes to fresh flowers. The woman and her mother I believe were very sweet and welcoming, but I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy.
