I had a wonderful experience working with Maritona at Macy's. I came in looking for outfits for both myself and my wife for a special event, and Maritona went above and beyond to help us find the right pieces. She took the time to understand the occasion, our personal styles, and what we were hoping to achieve. Her recommendations were thoughtful, stylish, and helped us put together complete looks that we felt confident and excited about. She was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable from start to finish. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers look and feel their best, and Maritona did exactly that. I truly appreciate her professionalism, fashion expertise, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend asking for Maritona if you're shopping at Macy's. Love this Macy's please don't make them shut down please! I love the service and the quality clothes with discounts they offer!!! They shutdown the Macy's at Grossmont Center so I now go here and I really enjoy shopping 🛍 ✨️💯

Probably the best Macy's in the area. Most are run down full of poor quality selections. This one is actually quite nice.

Great shopping experience today at Macy's. Their cosmetic beauty area was very helpful while shopping for gifts that I knew little about. The area was very open, bright, played fun music and made it a relaxing shopping experience. Their men's department had the trendy INC denim that I have owned for years. Macy's always has the selection I hope to find and knowledgeable customer service to help me make the best purchase.

I found the dress and accesories that I was looking for wedding that I was invited to. The lady was nice, the only thing is that it was very warm inside the store like the A/C wasn't working so I gave them 4 stars for that. Shopping in summer there needs to be working A/C in the store.
