I can't put into words how amazing Mario is. He went above and beyond for my family and I for my daughters quince. He worked tirelessly to find us the perfect dresses. He even altered our dresses at no additional charge. The gowns were absolutely stunning! The selection is amazing. We also purchased the tiara, accessories, bouquet, and rented the tuxedos there. Which helped relieve a lot of stress knowing it would all be taken care of. I put all of my trust in Mario, and he delivered. I highly recommend his store.

I am very disappointed with the lack of service I have received over the last few months. I keep hearing excuses and excuses over two dresses I have asked and have been told they were able to make (see attached video). They ignore my calls. I even had my husband call and they answered him but never got back to me. Will be reporting to the BBB as they seem incompetent to run a business and respect a customers time and money.

I order my dress and it was ready with in days, I went to try it on and got some tailoring done, I called since Tuesday to go pick it up and it wasn’t ready mind you this was like 2 weeks after I payed it off, by Thursday I called said it was ready had someone came to pick it up Friday and was told my dress was not ready that there was a mistake so I called Mario and we came up with a solution he was able to resolve it. So go a month before he does have a great selection but give your self room so you are not stressed out like I was, I received my dress the night before my event I didn’t have time to fix things :(

Super happy with Mario and his service! I couldn’t find anywhere to do a cape for my nieces quince and with little time he got the job done! The other day my sister and I were looking for dresses and he had something come up and was about to close, but he was so nice and even let us try dresses! I’ve Gone in a total of four times already and he is always super sweet and has so much patience. I’ve gone to other stores and everywhere I go nobody wants to help and they’re super rude in other stores. I will be buying at least 3+ dresses from Mario’s boutique because he was the best and the sweetest! He’s also going to do add-ons to our Dresses That the dresses don’t originally come with. I’m so happy with him!!! And on top of that, he’s really sweet!
