I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. The first time I came in, the staff helped me find a dress, so I returned later to purchase it. Unfortunately, the customer service was completely different the second time. The dress I bought was the only one they had left, and it was the display dress. It already had loose threads and showed signs of wear. I politely asked if they could offer a small discount because it wasn’t in perfect condition, but they immediately said no. I also asked if they had the same dress in another color or if they could show me similar styles, but they weren’t interested in helping. The staff was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was bothering them. I ended up buying the dress because I had a deadline and didn’t have time to keep shopping elsewhere. 5 star quinceañera dress shopping experience had here! Extremely friendly and attentive staff(shoutout Yvonne). Beautiful selection at incredible prices. They make court dress shopping easy by being able to open an event account for the party members to buy the selected dress. Will be coming here for all my formal dress needs from now on!

I came to La Original on the VERY FIRST day I started looking for my wedding dress and it ended up being my first and ONLY stop. They were literally closing in 30 minutes, and the staff still kindly let me try on COUNTLESS options. No rushing, no attitude, just genuine care. When I finally found THE ONE, it was a bit tight and I almost walked out thinking I wouldn’t have a dress at all 😭 until these wonderful women stepped in and saved the day. They offered to order a size up and alter it perfectly to my true size. I made an appointment for alterations right there since they offer everything in house, so no stress trying to find someone else. They truly take care of it ALL. Irma did my alterations and made the whole experience feel like a hangout with a friend. Not awkward, not stiff, just fun, comforting, and full of laughs. Such a beautiful energy. My wedding is in less than THREE

I had such an amazing experience at Original Dresses while shopping for my wedding dress! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. I was honestly a little overwhelmed at first, but Grace made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly patient, listened to all of my ideas, and really understood the vision I had in mind. She took her time helping me try on different styles and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to her, I found the most beautiful dress—one that I truly feel confident and happy in. I’m so grateful for her help and for such a special experience. I highly recommend this shop to any bride-to-be looking for personalized, thoughtful service!

Good selections of gowns for all ovations . Everyone is very attentive . Valeria is very helpful and Irma is the best alteration lady always on time 🥰
