My daughter and I went to Road Runner Sports to buy a pair of running shoes, and we were fortunate to be assisted by Fernando. He gave us his full, undivided attention and made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. He was knowledgeable, extremely patient, and genuinely focused on making sure we were completely happy with our purchase; which we absolutely were. Fernando provided outstanding service, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He’s the best

I dealt with Lisa the store manager. Her knowledge of different makes of shoes and the way they fit was incredible. I had previously been to another Roadrunner Sport and they sized me incorrectly. She took an amazing amount of time with me, got me in the right size, and comfortable fitting shoe. She did such a great job I went back two days later and bought another pair.

I went in to buy my first pair of running shoes because I’m just getting into running for real. Starting with a little bit of knowledge I came in and met a worker named Jose who was not only extremely professional but also welcoming and patient and filled with knowledge. He was able to help correctly size me and find the best shoes for me, but on top of that he did even more by sharing with me what helped him most in getting better at running so that I may get better myself. You can tell Jose was not only there to work, but is there to help. My money and time was well spent at this location and most definitely will be coming back for more!

Shout out to Road Runner Sports for specially to the Chula Vista crew for always taking care of me. And a huge shout out to a new teammate “Tito” who gave me the best CS this past week. Actually helped placing my prescribed orthotics into my sneakers and just being an all around great guy. Love the membership benefits keep them coming! ***** On another note HQ needs to increase inventory and styles at the Chula Vista location. I’ve had to drive up to Kearny twice and place order online. CV needs Wide sizes as well. Stay Classy RRS!!

I had such a positive and phenomenal experience with the team on the floor, specifically Eddie! I am so thankful that he was my person to do my foot scans and explain what each metric meant for me. He also sized me with customized soles. Eddie even brought out three different pairs of shoes to try on to get an entire range of understanding of what a shoe should fit like for running. He was honestly great, I will definitely be back because of him. The team on the floor is super easy to talk to as well, everyone is super friendly and eager to help you!
