Yeah screw this place, me and my boyfriend went in to browse for a little bit and we were pretty nice to the employees, we are the only people in the store at this time and we rarely come here like once every 6 months and the girl that works there wearing a black mask rudely yelled "I'm sick of this couple!" Needless to say, we left right away and they won't be getting any business from us again and we advise that other people stay away from this place too.

Waited over 40 min past the opening time and never open store, no signs or anything.. the lady inside didn’t even bother to come out to tell us anything.. very rude ans unprofessional

If you’re planning to visit this Spencer’s, make sure to leave your friends, personality, and sense of logic at the door because apparently, being in a group is deeply offensive to the staff here. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of being turned away at the door of Spencer’s because, get this: we were a group. Not a rowdy crowd, not a flash mob… just a few friends wanting to buy a game. But alas, apparently, existing in a group is grounds for denial of entry now. Who knew? So we stepped to the side, trying to figure out our next move because we really didn’t want to drive somewhere else. I then went in solo to ask very politely if maybe two of us could enter instead of the whole crew. The answer? A hard no. Not even two. Why? Because “it’s a small store.” Ah yes, the sacred square footage rule. Except plot twist! There were already two people shopping together inside. Must be some kind of V

Terrible service!!!!!! Immediately kicked out as soon as we took a step in for being in a group of six. Two of us walked back in and we were still kicked out for being too many? How does that even make sense!? There were other groups of people inside too!!! Stupid and nonsensical, can’t even give a proper explanation for this and ignored our questions. Don’t even bother.
