I had bought from them before and everything was fine, but their furniture quality has dropped a lot. I bought a bedroom set and it came defective. I have to lie down very carefully because the base moves and the wooden supports bent. They replaced them, and they bent again. Very poor quality. Never buying there again.

Called the store urgently needing a new boxspring. I was connected with Sales and Andrew was so friendly and helpful. He walked me through the sales process online and scheduled quick delivery. Great customer experience and never stepped foot in the store! Thanks, Andrew!

As soon as I walked in the Ellenton store, Vicky Manning recognized me. I told her what I was looking for and we both quickly determined I would be purchasing the same recliner I had bought previously. She helped me decide to purchase it in another color by bringing me a drawer from the bedroom furniture I had bought in October. We are going to pick it up today. One more step closer to furnishing our house.

looking for a bedroom set, sofa, love seat, dinning set and more? This is the place for you. We bought our bedroom set here years back, and its still in great condition. Came here today and found the perfect bed frame and mattress for us. The only prob we had was they didnt have the color of the frame that we like. Thats the only thing they should improve i guess, have more options to choose from.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I also wish I read the reviews before trying to purchase a couch from here. WORST FURNITURE BUYING EXEPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You will waste your time and your money. Long Story short, My husband and I purchased a couch from them Sep 17, and then they scheduled our delivery for the following week. The day before, I haven't heard anything from them so I call them and they tell me they don't have any deliveries set up for the next day... After a bit of back and forth, they end up confirming my delivery. The next day, my delivery day, I don't hear from them during my delivery window so I call them and they once again tell me they don't have a delivery scheduled for today!! I HAD JUST CONFIRMED IT YESTERDAY. Turns out they didn't even order our couch when we purchased it so it wasn't even in their warehouse to be delivered. We then cancel our orde
