Free vs Paid Listing: Which One Fits Your Business

Updated 2026-09-05

We get this question daily, so here it is in plain terms — no sales call needed. You can sign yourself up on the pricing page in a few minutes.

Free is for storefronts

If a customer can walk into your location for service — a shop, restaurant, salon, studio or clinic — your listing is free. You get four photos, one ten-second clip, an edited social video, and your name, address and phone in the directory.

$100 total for six months is for service businesses

If the work happens at the customer's home or job site — contractors, plumbers, HVAC, movers, mobile detailing, in-home care — the plan is $100 for six months. Flat, not monthly.

You get up to eight photos, four clips, the edited social video on all four platforms, an editable online coupon, and placement near the top of your industry.

Category exclusive is for one business per industry

The $600 six-month Vista's Pick slot locks your category so competitors can't buy it, and puts you first in the AI assistant's recommendations. Food is claimed by cuisine type, not one restaurant for the whole city.

Walk-in business? List free. Work at the customer's place? $100 covers six months, video included. Want the category to yourself? That's the exclusive.
